PT Inno Jaya Tekstil has a daily production capacity of 170,000 meters, supported by 25 jet dyeing machines and dedicated lines for white and formal black dyeing and finishing.
Our facility is equipped with 6 rotary drum washers, 7 stenters, 2 continuous denier reduction machines, and 3 batchwise weight reduction machines, ensuring high-quality fabric processing with precision and efficiency.
We implement the 4-point American Grading System for quality control, along with Japanese ultrasonic heat-cutting technology for precise fabric edges. Our packing options include double fold and long roll formats, supported by an organized rack system storage and automated packing to ensure efficiency and consistency in every shipment.

Our facility is equipped with a Singeing Machine, used to remove surface fibers from fabric through controlled exposure to flame or heat. This process creates a cleaner surface, enhances fabric smoothness, and improves the overall finish and print clarity.
